4. Machine locations and gameplay

Location listings, machine counts, punch statistics, and similar information on the Site are provided for general reference and may change without notice. Playing at a Bullfight Club machine is subject to venue rules, machine instructions, and applicable safety guidelines. We are not responsible for disputes between players, venue house rules, or incidental injuries caused by improper use of a machine.

5. Venue partnership inquiries

Information on the Partner pages describes our typical commercial models and operating practices. Any specific arrangement, including fixed rental, revenue share, installation schedule, insurance certificates, or performance data, is subject to a separate written agreement. Pricing, availability, and timelines depend on the venue and are confirmed only in writing.

6. Intellectual property

The Bullfight Club name, logo, branding, Site design, text, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Google Maps, and analytics or advertising providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
